Part-Time Business Development & Partnerships Associate

Forward Pickleball is committed to “Moving Players Forward.” We are seeking a Part-Time Business Development & Partnerships Associate to help grow our network of local business partners, attract corporate clients, and support community events at our facility.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, sales, and building relationships within the community.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential local sponsors and business partners

• Support the sales process for corporate events and team-building outings

• Build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations

• Assist with partnership proposals and presentations

• Track leads, follow-ups, and event inquiries

• Help coordinate partner and corporate events

• Represent Forward Pickleball professionally and provide excellent customer service

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with outreach and networking

• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development

• Passion for sports, wellness, or community events

• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
