Forward Pickleball, committed to "Moving Players Forward" is looking for a Pickleball Coordinator who will ensure an outstanding guest experience for our members and players.

Position Overview

As a Pickleball Coordinator, you will be the face of Forward Pickleball, responsible for greeting guests, answering member questions, and ensuring that every visitor has an exceptional experience. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves pickleball, enjoys interacting with people, and is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with check-in procedures.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all.

• Educate members and guests on club policies, upcoming events, and membership benefits.

• Assist with the coordination of daily pickleball activities, including open play, clinics, and events.

• Support the management team in implementing operational improvements and enhancing the overall member experience.

• Monitor court activity and ensure the facility is clean, organized, and ready for play.

• Use in-club technology (Court Reserve) to facilitate member services and ensure a smooth operation.

Qualifications

• A passion for pickleball and creating a welcoming environment for all members and guests.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

This position requires evening and weekend availability.
