We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales & Partnership Intern to help grow our network of local business partners, attract new corporate clients, and support our event programming. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in sales, marketing, business development, and client relations within the growing sport and recreation industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with identifying and contacting potential sponsors and partners

• Support the sales process for booking corporate events and team-building outings

• Help manage outreach to local businesses, organizations, and schools

• Assist in creating partnership proposals and presentations

• Track leads, follow-ups, and event inquiries

• Coordinate logistics and support for partner-hosted events

• Provide excellent customer service and represent Forward Pickleball professionally at all times

 

​Ideal Candidate

• Enrolled in or recently graduated from a college or university (Marketing, Communications, Business, Sports Management preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

• Passion for sports, wellness, or community-based events

• Comfortable with cold outreach and networking

• Willing to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
