Club Culture & Reminders

At Forward Pickleball, our mission is simple: Move Players Forward. We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and fun environment where players of all levels can enjoy the game, improve their skills, and build community.

Our club culture is built on sportsmanship, courtesy, and inclusivity. We ask all members and guests to be mindful of others, respect shared court time, and help us maintain a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Helpful Reminders

Communication Channels

Stay connected by joining our TeamReach group using code forwardpb for updates. Be sure to check our club newsletter, as well as the bulletin boards and digital TVs throughout the club, where we regularly display upcoming events, programs, and socials.

Membership Reminder

Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be frozen.

For your convenience, memberships auto-renew at the end of your membership period.

If you would like to cancel, you must do so by contacting the club via phone or email.

Cancellation Reminder

If you need to cancel a court reservation, clinic, lesson, or event, please do so through the Court Reserve app or member portal. Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the event start time will receive a Court Reserve account credit. Cancellations made within 6 hours of the event start time will be charged the full amount.

Inclement Weather -Two Shoe Policy​

In the event of a weather-related delay or closure, we will follow our established Inclement Weather Procedures to keep members informed and ensure everyone’s safety.

During snowy or wet weather, please bring clean indoor court shoes to change into before entering the courts. This helps keep the courts clean, safe, and in good condition for everyone.

Court Rotations and Court Courtesy

During Open Play, players should play two games and then rotate off the court to allow others who are waiting an opportunity to play. To rotate into the next game, place your paddle in the paddle-up stands located throughout the club. For reference, the serving side is the Front Door side and the Coffee House side of the facility.

Demo Paddle Loaner Program

Forward members are welcome to borrow demo and loaner paddles.

Paddles can be checked out at the front desk.

Court Reserve Notifications

Make sure notifications are turned on in your phone settings for the Court Reserve app.

We have enabled notifications on our end, which means reminders for court reservations, clinics, lessons, and social play will appear on your phone and within the Court Reserve app notifications tab.

​

Food and Beverage

Members are welcome to enjoy food and drinks in the Social Lounge area. To help keep the courts clean, we ask that all food and beverages remain off the courts and in the lounge area only. A refrigerator is available for members to store food and beverages while at the club.

Cracked Balls

If you find a cracked ball, please bring it to the front desk.
Our staff will gladly provide a replacement ball.
